The FT-4600 Series Flow Meters provide highly accurate flow measurement in water and water\/glycol heating and cooling systems. Each meter includes new integral inline flow sensors and a precision temperature sensor. The modular design also features a LED alarm for meter diagnostics and a centralized board with connections via terminal blocks.<\/p>\n

The FT-4600 incorporates a pair of wetted ultrasonic transducers that face each other directly in the flow tube. This configuration maximizes signal strength and long term reliability.<\/p>\n
The flow tube design and direct beam path configuration is optimized for water and water\/glycol solutions. This allows for improved accuracy at low flows.<\/p>\n
The FT-4600 has an innovative flow tube design that simplifies installation by allowing for limited straight pipe upstream and downstream of the meter in most installations.<\/p>\n

ONICON’s FT-4600 Inline Flow Meters are designed to accurately measure the flow of water and water glycol solutions in small pipes. Meters are available for \u00bd\u201d \u2013 2\u00bd\u201d diameter pipes. The no-moving-parts design operates over a wide flow range with excellent low flow performance.<\/p>\n
The low cost design is provided with threaded process connections, a 4-20mA analog output and a scaled dry contact pulse output for totalization.<\/p>\n
*Optional integral LCD display with BACnet MS\/TP or MODBUS RTU is available. LCD display can be mounted up to 5 feet away from flow body for visibility.<\/p>\n
